working principle:
the screw extrusion granulation is a single screw, and the extrusion form is divided into a front extrusion. mainly composed of drive motor, frequency converter, reducer, transmission box and granulator host. the wet powdery material added to the main machine is transported and compacted under the action of specially designed screw elements, and the pressure is not uniformly pressed. it is sent to the head of the granulator and extruded into a template. the shape is like a column. granular products to achieve the purpose of granulation.
since the powdery material is subjected to an extrusion granulation process in a wet state, subsequent operations (such as drying, packaging) and operating conditions are greatly improved. generally, the amount of dust on site can be reduced by more than 90%.
